Overview

This program is designed to prepare key members of your team to present highly effective presentations on a consistent basis when being persuasive and obtaining audience buy-in is critical to their success. The program consists of seminar discussions for the group that provide in-depth information on presentation principals and strategies, videotaping of individual trial presentations, critiquing of individuals’ greatest opportunities for improvements, and review of the overall impact and effective usage of visual support materials. The training involves two full days of trainer time and a day and half of participant time. Vanna Novak will personally deliver all of this training.
